Ken Williams, Former Principal, Author, and Speaker designed EasyEvaluations based on his personal insights and experiences writing observation reports and evaluations as a school administrator. He spent countless hours writing, typing, cutting and pasting, proofreading, and rewriting. He admits that even then, many of his reports lacked the kind of individuality and substance needed to provide good instructional feedback. Ken knew there was a better way, and finding no acceptable solution on the market, he created a solution himself. EasyEvaluations is the culmination of his vision combined with his entrepreneurial spirit.
